Northern Beaches Homes ensure that we protect our clients, our contractors and workers and our company by providing appropriate warranties, lincenses and insurances. for all projects we undertake.

Home Owners Warranty
We organise Home Owner’s Warranty for every new client project.
Home Owners Warranty is required by law and it is designed to protect consumers from faulty and incomplete work, where the contractor becomes insolvent, dies or disappears.
Work Cover
Northern Beaches Homes has work cover insurance to cover our employees to cover any potential injuries on the job site.
Contract Works insurance
Contract Works insurance is designed to cover losses during the construction of a building. These losses can either be material damage to the property being built or damage or loss to a Third Party property or person.
Our Contract Works insurance for residential construction includes the following:
- Property Damage $100,000
- Public Liability $10,000,000
- Products Liability $10,000000
Defects and warranties
Our contracts for new homes come with a warranty known as the ‘defects and liability period’. This is usually 13 weeks for new homes, however, it can vary from project to project, so this would be confirmed prior to the commencement of a new job.
Structural defects
We are covered by a 7 year warranty for structural defects, taking into account fair wear and tear.
